INTELLI™ MODELS

Virage Logic’s Intelli Models are designed to provide fast and efficient simulation of popular DDR1/DDR2 memory devices. They are used to model the memory sub-system in a complex ASIC or FPGA design. Intelli Models also check and flag protocol violations so that timing and functionality issues can be easily addressed prior to silicon, and they use an efficient method to model data storage using a sparse memory technique. This technique works to dramatically improve run-time for complex designs. The Virage Logic Intelli Models include advanced features to reduce simulation time, improve test coverage, speed time-to-market, and reduce system design risk. The Intelli Models support all popular simulation tools and are available in either VHDL or Verilog. Intelli Models use industry standard PLI  for ease-of-use and integration in any design or tool flow.
