Intelli™ DDR Memory Controllers
The Virage Logic Intelli DDR memory controller IP products are flexible, advanced solutions for ASIC, SoC and FPGA designers requiring a high-performance and low-latency memory interface. The Intelli DDR solution was developed from the ground up to meet the needs of a broad range of market segments and deliver superior intelligent scheduling algorithms for high efficiency. Virage Logic’s Intelli DDR controllers allow designers to achieve the right combination of higher system performance, lower power, reduced cost, and lower risk.
The Intelli DDR solution is implemented for several SDR and DDR protocols, including MobileSDR and MobileDDR, as well as DDR1, DDR2 and DDR3 for multiple foundries on a variety of process nodes, providing performance levels up to 1600Mbps. All current types of DRAM are supported and can be assembled to provide multi-protocol solutions.
