TSMC Library Distribution Program

Virage Logic distributes Standard Cell and I/O libraries developed by TSMC. These libraries are available free of charge to SoC designers targeting TSMC fabs on 150-nanometer (nm), 130nm or 90nm processes. The TSMC products have been verified for compatibility with Virage Logic's ASAP™ Memory products, STAR™ Memory System products, and ASAP™ Logic Standard Cell Libraries. Developed with TSMC design methodology using leading EDA tools, the TSMC products offer superior manufacturability and are designed for reliability.
