embedded memory IP offering will enable you to
optimize your design requirements based on the
MIPS Technologies processor core of your choice.
MIPS
Technologies and Virage Logic have jointly developed
memory and logic IP designed to give you the
highest performance possible for use with the
MIPS 24K and 34K product families. For example,
in TSMC 90nm G process, the 24K core will perform
at up to 660MHz.
If your design requires optimizing for either
low-power or area or if you are using a MIPS
core other than the 24K or 34K family, Virage
Logic also provides a number of embedded memory
compilers that address the needs of integrating
a MIPS Technologies core into your design. Whether
your design requires high-performance, high-density,
or ultra-low-power memories, Virage Logic has
the right solution for you.
